Q&A: Why Waking Up Every Morning Can Feel So Hard/Healing Separation Consciousness

Q: "I'm upset that waking up is hard for me. My first feeling is anxiety and a hint of dread. I don't want to waste the day but I'm never sure what I'm supposed to be doing exactly. My dreams also affect the mood I wake up in so much. What can I say to myself when I wake up to feel better?"

A: In your dream state, you return to a natural state of oneness. When you awaken, you are slammed back into a reality of "separation". This does not feeling good to you. Remind yourself that this is an illusory reality. You are not now, nor will you ever be separate from God. You have only come here to play in the game of individuality. Cease to think of it as separation. You are not separate. You are an individual spark of God experiencing individuality.

See it as this instead and you will not feel so much despair. This idea of "separation consciousness" is problematic in your spiritual teachings on Earth at this time. You cannot get to union so long as you hold the belief in separation. Instead, we invite you to change this narrative to the word 'individualization', which is not an illusion, but the truth of this experience.
